Description:  Rollout drawing by nikolai grube of vessel k6547. on one side of the vessel a dead man, wrapped in a burial bundle, lies on a bench in his grave while mourners, dressed as the maize god, lament his death. on the other side the dead man, now reduced to bones, has been reborn as a cacao tree sprouting from the grave.
