Iconographic Features:  Mythical Harvester with Emanations depicted with human body, human arms and legs, and bands emanating from the body. It holds peppers and wears a conical hat. Hat and legs stitched up the front. Bands filled with crops (peppers, maize, beans). Human body depicted with jícima enclosed. Ears replaced by human arms. Site:  Nasca Clados Number:  270 Culture:  Nasca Description:  double spout bottle, ID number missing, M.N.A.A.H.-Lima. Chronological Era:  Intermediate Period (EIP), Nasca 4 Phase. Iconographic Features:  a painting that shows only the upper half of the (Seated/Standing?) Anthropomorphic Mythical Being. It holds a trophy head and a human of which only the part from the waist down to the feet is shown. It wears a headdress that shows the Pampas Cat and a serpent with trophy heads attached to the border of the snake body. Eye-markings in the form of fishes, shoulders replaced by representations of the Killer Whale Mythical Being. Arms depicted with faces enclosed. Bands depicted with fishes enclosed emanate from the body of the main figure. Fishes generally indicate water while the black background might indicate the night. An interpretation of the main figure as a goddess of water/fertility and night seems likely. A full-figure version of this being was published by Tello in 1959, lam. LXXXVI. Site:  Nasca Clados Number:  325 Culture:  Nasca Description:  cup bowl, F 1229, M.N.A.A.H.-Lima. Chronological Era:  Early Intermediate Period (EIP), Nasca 4. Iconographic Features:  Seated Anthropomorphic Mythical Being holding Feline Man (right) and a bag with three killer whales (left). Its head is composed by two humans crossing each other, one of them is grasping the Spotted Cat depicted with the head of the Harpy. A third (grey) arm (right) with enclosed (yellow) serpents is holding a banded staff with forehead ornament. The tunic is decorated with trophy heads. Leg position indicates sitting. Iconographic Features:  Standing Anthropomorphic Mythical Being holding trophy head and emaciated human figure with club, probably a warrior. Tunic is flanked by two snake streamers.
