Notes:  Two figures, each on one knee, are facing a glyph column(?). Similar scenes are depicted on Takalik Abaj Stela 5, KJ Mon. 65 and 8. Previous examiners of the object claim evidence of reuse for at least three functional purposes is demonstrated through: heavy carbonization on surface, thought indicative of use in sacrificial ceremonies; stucco on sides thought to be caused from use in a floor; to be of the style and type of throne seat for an elite, noble, or ruler (see Kaplan 1995:188).
